Does a given team run the defense that the defensive coordinator like? Also, it would be nice to have some sort of option to show a better depth chart for the defensive players for a 4-3 defense and the 3-4 defense.

The 4-3 would have slots for LDE DT DT RDE, WLB MLB SLB and the 3-4 would have slots for LDE DT RDE, WLB MLB MLB SLB

The defensive coordinator only affects the player progress, the playbook is driven by the head coach. As for the depth chart, right now the lineups with two DT's will take the #1 and #2, and the same with the MLB lineups with 2 MLB's. One of the higher priority items on the feature list is to give you control over the depth chart for each formation (essentially an override from what is on the primary depth chart); I don't have an ETA on this, however.
