New Owners

When an owner comes into the league and the welcome page appears there should be links applied also to allow them to find certain aspects of the game so as not to be totally lost and having to search through many posts. I believe this would make it much easier for new owners to be able to jump right in instead of feeling it out as much, they will still need to learn some aspects as each has own individual ideas but at least they will have the basics readily available.

Do you think the Tour under the Help menu effectively does that but is just not apparent enough, or do you feel that more explanation is needed?

I can say i honestly never looked at the tour and just jumped in, but I jumped in with about 4 games left on a season on MFN-6 with a really bad team on purpose for draft positioning. So i had 4 games to play with and there have been quite a few changes to game since I have joined. Teams eventually opened in MFN-1 and MFN-2 after those seasons completed so was lucky enough to have gone through a draft and FA. I am kind of stubborn and dont usually read much of the forums in other games but I do and have in this game in recent seasons as I want to help with the continued success of this game. Its really a great game and on the right track.

So i am not sure if others look at the tour, maybe even putting that link on the welcome page would be a help for them just in case

That answers my question - and is a good idea. I'll see about pushing an invitation to the tour a little more strongly for the new players.

Not really, tbh it looks a bit like an advert banner.
