They currently have a veteran QB with 88 intelligence and 94 pass accuracy to build around this season. They also have a trio of +80 rated (my weights) WRs to throw too with the best an 88 speed 83 potential.
The offensive line needs depth and a new RT but the team has one of the best kickers in the league. That has become increasingly important as quality kickers have starting coming in short supply.
The defense needs a ton of work but they have a solid 81 rated MLB and an absolute stub CB, 88/97 by my weights. This beast is in his 4th season with 93 speed, 100 intelligence, tackle, punish, zone, man and b&r. He is signed for 5 more years and he is one of the best cornerbacks I have ever seen in this game. If you dont want to build around this stud defensive back, the trade market would start at 2 1st rounders for this player.
