In MFN 15 I have an FB in the final year of his contract. Just tried to renogotiate his deal and it says he's unwilling to do so and wants to be traded or test free agency. Never come across this before, I assume there's nothing I can do about it ?

Usually a player's opinion of the owner will change if you start them a couple games. Since you have 3 games left in the season, try starting the player for those 3 games. His opinion may change, you resign him, and then put him back on the bench.

Thanks. He's started 11 of 13 games and has the 5th highest number of plays on my team.....maybe he's pissed about playing too much :-)

I've had a couple players do this before. I checked his card, and some players will be pissed if they play out of what they feel is their normal position. Brown's best rated positions (my weights) are LT and the G positions, although it isn't by much. If you want to keep him, try playing him at LT or G and see if this makes him happy.

NOTE: Since he is way under weight, he probably won't do so well!

Interesting thanks, he was drafted as a FB but I might give it a go even if he's lower rated there with my weights.
