Purely based on your game plan settings (not what plays are actually called for a specific game cause that depends on your opponents interactions ) I would like a rating of some sort on how well a specific player knows your current playbook.

This would depend on the weights for each play in your gameplan . Perhaps medium is weighted a bit more than short and long. As well as 1st down , 2nd and then 3rd ....possibly weighting 4th down even less . Just because 4th down is less common .

Really this idea is If I like to run certain plays or a have guys fit my style without have to search through thier familiarity in order to maximize output. Say you pick up a FA cause he fits your system . ....or seek out a trade just for that reason of he is familiar with your plan.

Same goes if you change plans.....is so and so gonna have a tough time adjusting cause you will instantly see his playbook familiarity dropped (for example) 23 %. And backup veteran will suffice for a few games cause his jumped 33% .

I don't think rules would be accounted forr under this system , but I think this application would be for newer users with less time on thier PC.

I will go even further to add an option of coaches with these plays in their book actually teach them better to players. Say you have a bunch of Offensive coaches with a west coast styles the fact that they all teach the same plays will allow player to learn them quicker .
