Would only be a minor detail really, not too significant, but it would be cool to be able to choose who the team's captains are. The best timeslot to do this would be either in Training Camp, or Pre-Season Midweek 1. Could have upto 6 like the NFL does, or I think just 3 (Off,Def,ST) would work too. The automatic captains would be just the highest rated offensive and defensive players on the team, then the highest-rated player currently on the ST depth chart maybe.

This may be only just a "status" thing, but could also potentially have a tiny boost to the Discipline stat or something else as long as they are on the field. The more years they are captain, the more of a boost? To represent how much leadership they have over the team. IDK, just something to think about.

Like I said, the rating boost would be miniscule if it was anything at all. Like 1 for every year they're a captain, variable on how good they are. If you played football, or even just followed a team, you know what it's like to not have a captain out on the field. Lot more disorganized on that side of the ball. Either way, could just be a flare thing with no rating at all attached. Could attach to their profile somehow ie. Team Captain: 3 years. Just a random thought that came to my head and some people have posted stuff around the message board about this past few weeks. Maybe not a bonus to have them out on the field, a penalty to NOT have them on the field, again miniscule so we're not messing with that much stuff.

Automatic would be if you don't choose your captains (ie. you want to start a lower-rated player, or want to make your QB the captain as opposed to your 90 LT or something). Again, just an idea.
