I agree 100% that volatility shouldn't be a one way street. As it is now, you know from your first TC whether a player is a bust or not, but it'd be great to have some doubt there. NFL teams will frequently hold onto players they drafted even after they realistically should have been kicked to the curb because of the
hope that a light bulb will finally go on. And once they do give up all hope, there's almost always at least one other club that's willing to give them a second chance. In MFN we all know that won't ever happen, which sucks. It should be somewhat rare, but it should happen.
That said, I am also 100%
against it being in any way tied to performance and stats, because that means the best teams will only ever get better. And if your team is struggling as a whole, well, there goes all your new shiny draft picks that were supposed to help you turn it around.
