Overall pretty youthful Cardinal team heading down to scrimmage with FSU...

I'm trepidatious, but I think it's always like that for the first game in a new league.

Had a great game vs the Gators. Lost on a last second FG, but won the first half when starters were in. My secondary did ok, which surprised me. lol.

If pre-season Game #1 is any indication, Kentucky is in for a very long season. The QB's can't hit the broad side of a barn, the RB's can't hold onto the rock, and the WR's can't catch a cold. There was nothing at all for fans to get excited about in this game. NOT....ONE....SINGLE....THING.

Well, I don't know about good game... but it was a game. Baby steps.
All I did was set the depth charts and let the coaches pick the plays. They ****. lol
Game was hard to watch from where I'm sitting...way too many fumbles and penalties not to mention sacks and missed tackles and failure to convert 3rd downs.

A couple of things I did like about it is I like our redshirt freshman QB Austin Kendall he looked decent in his debut. We also apparently signed a pretty good kicker since he scored all of the points for our side in this one.... not good.
Like I said baby steps. :)

GG Irish, KU fans loved the first half while the starters played, they did'nt like the fact we benched them for the second half! Your backups looked like starters aginst ours, we need big help on 2nd string. But again with the returns, to much superman already, lets fix this, I see it
in every league!
