So since i'm not in the league i can't see the waiver wire but the rule stays the same. Any player cut due to graduation (11th or 12 year guys) in the last quarter of the season are ineligible to be picked up. Especially important is that teams that are going to be in bowl games should not pick up these players. This will have to be patrolled and relayed to me since i can't see the players on the wire in real time. thanks
