Alabama Star CB David Orange has retired. The Director of Alabama was in shock when he got the phone call that David Orange is going to the pros. Alabama wishes David Orange good luck and have fun in the pros.

ya we lost a legend last night. Also to be noted, Oklahoma St. star CB Juan Hoke also sailed off into the sunset after raising the coveted National Title trophy. Perhaps the best player in NCAA history Jon Demartini, has entered the transfer portal and tonight should be a fun one when he decides where to take his talents.

In other SEC West news, controversial long-time LSU head coach Jose Merlino has mercifully decided that the game has evolved beyond his talents. He is retiring to spend more time being mediocre at something else.

And with the departures of Robert Pappalardo, Johnny Hall, and Roger Merkle, eternal OL stalwarts for the Tigers, along with woefully underappreciated punter Ronald Hill, the LSU backbone has been broken. Kenneth Rogers and Eddie Stowell are also gone off to the pros, meaning that Herbert Grammar is left as the lone remaining original LSU player. They all deserved better.

The guard has been changed, and hopefully a sunnier future is in store for whoever is left.

SS Robert Thrasher, the overall #1 pick in the allocation draft has entered the portal. He leaves as The Ohio State's career leader in games played, games started, tackles, INT return yards, and missed tackles. It was a sad day in the Buckeye coaches office.
