While making roster cuts never go below the mandated 45 player roster limit or the AI will sign players to long term contracts that could impact future salary cap. If you have to cut guys that will make you go below 45 I advise you to sign a minimum salary free agent to just be a roster holder til after season.

Thanks to Tim Reese for the advice. We had a handful of teams go under the roster limit this year so this makes a lot of sense. Please be very careful with your roster management in the future. I know the rules can get tricky but i've see many teams do it with finesse so i think we can all do it if we ask questions and just follow the rules. thanks and once again i'm sorry to the teams that had this problem. Hopefully it won't impact your future too bad.
