Wouldn't it be sweet...

... to have this be actually like College football? Like, have players retire after 4 years, and have an extended draft, like maybe 15 rounds? That would be awesome, I think... and a challenge...

Yes and have larger rosters like in real life for college, like 70-75 or so, maybe more for spring training. You could scout instead of recruiting, so you still have a draft, but add guys as walk-ons, like undrafted FA's, but only available to one or two teams or something. FA's would have to be fifth year graduate transfers, or they have to sit a year to change schools....LOL!!! There is so much you could do.
