So for the Awards Voting, I plan on doing it the way Bryson using the league vote so nothing changes there. For the All American Team voting, what do you all think of using the voting results from the Awards Voting to determine who makes the All American Teams? Similar to how the Heisman voting is done where we rank all the candidates, I am thinking about having all the awards rank the candidates. This way, the top 2-3 or however many players depending on the position become 1st team, the next 2-3 or whatever become second team, etc. And the one with the most votes is obviously the winner of the award. Two benefits I see are A) The league is on the same page in terms of the top players (it could be weird if a second team player won a National Award when put up to vote lol) and B) saves me the time and pressure of picking guys who I feel would make each Team. Thoughts?
