Contracts

If you're wavering about leaving, or if you know you're not going to play anymore, please resign your young high-end talent to long-term deals before you go. I don't want to lose anyone in this league, as you're all stand-up folks, but I do understand that life happens and this is just a game. It's just incredibly difficult to keep a no-trade league full under normal circumstances, but when the CPU just lets all of the good young players walk every year its much harder to find new owners who know they aren't going to be able to compete for several seasons due to a lack of talent.

So, if you do leave, please make sure to lock those guys up. But don't leave. Stay forever. This league is a ton of fun.

It's those 'things' that have me thinking of taking another team...that's been run into the ground and 'fix' it......or try.
