Can we fire the ones we have and hire the ones we want with the philosophies we want? The coaches for my team, are all wrong philosophically. I hate 3-4 def's and zone coverage, and I do not like the west coast offense. My coaches are all wrong. I can work with them, I would just like to know if I can change them any way. I would like a 4-3 def, heavy man to man or heavy blitzing, and any other offense.

You can fire them if u so choose.. but then u will sacrifice coaching rating..so you will have the philosophy you want but the coaches rating will be super low. The highest unemployed hc rating is 50.

Me personally looked at draft position and coaches before choosing Det/Cal

it would be funny or ironic if he not only he fired them and found ones he liked to his style of football that he won the whole thing .
