(1) Notre Dame holds onto it's top spot, but we have a new (2), this week it's Oklahoma State getting a turn after a big road win over Miami.
(5) Navy creeps into the top-5 with a dominating performance over a basement-dwelling Marshall squad.
Utah falls out of the Top-12 and taking their place is (12) Syracuse, but the Oklahoma Sooners are eyeing that top with bad intentions on their mind.
On The Outside Looking In:
As mentioned, Oklahoma and Utah are on the wrong-side of the line, and joining them are Arkansas and Army. The Black Knights have a brutal schedule over the final 3 games and their chances of making post-season play are on life-support.
