Transfer Week Rules

*Caution, as we all delve into the pond for transfers just remember no player with 13 years of experience or more is eligible to play for ANY team. 12 year players can be signed as long as you weren't the team that they graduated from. If there are any questions just ask cause i don't want owners to give out contracts to ineligible players only to have to cut them and take the cap hits.
