Talent wise, Oklahoma State's Randy Williams, has as much as any player in the country. Development has been the key for this young prodigy over his first five years in Stillwater. On the heels of a season where he finished 4th in the Heisman voting, Williams is playing the best football of his career in 2021. Not only is he putting up remarkable numbers but his leadership has been key to the success of the Cowboys title run. One of the biggest improvements has been William's poise and confidence in the pocket. He's not just slinging it all over the field anymore. His interceptions are down 50% and he's on pace to throw more TD's than last season. In a conference with some great passers, William's success has been widely overshadowed. With the country's best defense on one side, and a franchise quarterback on the other, Oklahoma St will not fly under the radar as they march into the Bowl playoffs.
