I thought it was clear that any player cut at the end of the season in their 11th year would be a free agent the next season. So all the teams that picked up players at the end of the season on the waiver wire will have to cut the players asap. I thought it was clear since we really haven't had an issue in past seasons but there seems to be a handful of them this year. I'll go through and find all players that need to be cut and let teams know.
