I just can't see both booming.. My prediction: McCarthy booms and Rexford busts (like Heywood did last year).

actually both first round qbs boomed last year. White and Gunn, heywood was a second rounder. It's all a guess anyways :)

Ah yes, that's correct. :) I am most interested in seeing how the 3rd and 4th round QBs pan out tonight. My division will be watching that closely..

Mary Plank of USC may have to hang up the cleats and become the team's cheerleader with a bad camp. Lol j/k

Mary Plank boomed and can be a franchise QB. :) Same with Robert Rexford. Congratulations to the California teams USC Trojans and California Golden Bears. McCarthy was a minor bust but still has the tools to be an elite QB.

Oh snap. Cal finally got a QB! :)

I'm rooting for my QB Rexford to succeed in these league too! (Not against me though of course lol)

I wanna root for McCarthy to succeed but with his disappointing camp, the Texas Longhorns better have a solid offensive line in place to block for him. I'd be scared with him back in the pocket with little speed, no scrambling skills and a high fumble rate. Dude can put the ball wherever he wants though. The question is: can he get rid of it quick enough?

I think with his release he will do pretty good with new code. The fumble is concerning especially with his mobility but he's got a rocket for an arm. I would build that team around him and beef up the oline and get some speed on the outside and let him wing it :)
