Oklahoma Sooners

Despite reaching double digit wins for five consecutive seasons the Sooners have played second fiddle to Big 12 powerhouse Oklahoma St. Like many good, but not great teams, the Sooners can play at the highest level on any given night. Unfortunately they just haven't found that consistency that allows them to take the next step into the elite. The defense is led by three-time All-American Caleb Kelly who is a well rounded sideline to sideline terror. Kelly has the Sooner defense ranked 12th in the nation. On offense the Sooners are among the league's best currently sitting at 5th. A lot of the production can be attributed to WR Abdul Adams. Adams has already amassed 712 yards and 7 TD's and is on pace for his career best in both categories. The Sooners boast many weapons on the offensive side of the ball but none are as productive or consistent as their #1 man from Hillside Highschool in North Carolina. A former RB, Adams is an exciting prospect that pro scouts have highlighted as a potential first round pick when he graduates.

The Sooners don't play second fiddle to no one... There is no team that makes me panic like Oklahoma, and it happens 2, sometimes 3 times a season! This is a tough team that I hope to beat once a year...
