Also check, how upset are the players with you? If they are pissed u might not be able to extend this season but can next when they start getting playing time and stuff.

first i'll wait til after tonight's sim to see how the dust settles before i look into requesting anything from jdb. Hopefully this is a lesson to those cutting graduating players to make sure you still have 45 guys on your roster after the cuts. Also 12 year players don't need to be cut til the next year so it makes no sense to put yourself in this position when you only have to cut 11 year guys. Hopefully it all works out :)

To be honest, the minimum player cut off should be lower than 45, and even if its left there, the consequence shouldn't be the cluster that just occurred.

I just hope the players aren't 'mad' at you... I've been screwed by not being able to resign a guy I've cut, because he has a low opinion of me...

Oh they arent just unhappy, the are "livid". I'm praying that i can get the ones whom i want to resign in a year or two enough playing time to make them happy. Otherwise yeah we're screwed. Young qb, star defensive players, gone.
