At quick glance i see a lot of winnable games and a lot of familiar foes, for the 5th straight year California plays the Scarlet Knights of Rutgers, we also get to host up and coming Iowa Hawkeyes and UCLA Bruins. We also look forward to playing the remaining teams of the Big Ten Conference. Ohio St visits Berkeley 2nd time in League history and California gets to visit the "Big House" to take on the Michigan Wolverines, Our 1st visit since the 2018 season.
We also have the privilege to play members of the Atlantic Coast Conference this season a conference that is always in the Bowl talks, which include Home games vs Clemson and Florida State Seminoles, Traveling to Hard Rock Stadium to take on the Hurricanes of Miami and also a trip to the Carrier Dome to take on the rejuvenated Syracuse Orange.
As an added Bonus Cal gets to play the Black Knights of Army for the 2nd straight season, they are always a handful even on "off" year
Inter-division rivalries have been at it's highest, Oregon seems to be build a great defense and expect them to take a step forward this season, and Washington always a threat to make some noise with no regression in sight. The pressure is mounting on the Stanford Cardinals to turn the corner they have compiled only 4 wins in 3 seasons, GM JCSwishman might be shown the door if the Cardinals cant get it together this season.
This seasons opponents have a combined winning percentage of .507 from last season, a schedule full of very winnable games.
