Allocation Draft

This is my first allocation draft and I'm wondering if I'm right to be extremely wary of players with 4+ years of experience but are nowhere close to their max rating.

All depends on their volatility. High volatility at that age could yield an extreme shift in final skills.

I wouldn't base it on that alone. I've had several 3-5 yr guys that weren't close to potential turn out well. Just older.
