      2nd year: Freshman season
      3rd year: RS Sophomore season
      4th year: Sophomore season
      5th year: RS Junior season
      6th year: Junior season

11th year: 5th year Graduate season (Final Season with team)
*Teams will be required to cut any player in their 11th year before the Season Ending spin after championship. This will allow all players eligible to transfer a full three weeks to make their decision. Any player cut due to graduation (11 or 12 years of experience) after the 12th week of the season is not eligible to picked up by ANY team.
12th year: A Player in his 12th year may transfer to any school except the school he graduated from in year 11. You can either cut him before the season ending spin like other 11 year players or you can wait til the next season and cut him before first game.
13th year and up: All players in their 13th year or more are ineligible to play for any program.

      ***EXCLAIMER***
While making roster cuts never go below the mandated 45 player roster limit or the AI will sign players to long term contracts that could impact future salary cap. If you have to cut guys that will make you go below 45 I advise you to sign a minimum salary free agent to just be a roster holder til after season.

*Transfer players: Will transfer to the highest bidder and are only eligible to play one season. Then the player will be put on the ineligible players list.
*Walk Ons: Any player 12 years or under of experience can walk on to the highest bidding program and will be subject to the same rules as drafted players.
*Scholarship revoked: If a player is released of his scholarship he will go into a waiver pool where other schools(worst to first) can try to sign him for the remainder of his scholarship.

  • Recruits will be referred to by a star rating:

    1. 5 Star Recruits are any player drafted with a AI base rating of 90-100 future overall.

Each season i will choose 10 players from the FCS league (https://ncaa-fcs.myfootballnow.com/team/20) that will be transfers to the NCAA league. I will use the player's names in FCS and rename 10 draft prospects before our draft. This will give some players a little backstory that will make the predraft process much more intriguing. Any player chosen as an FCS transfer cannot be renamed. It won't affect FCS league except they will get to have some of their players transfer to a power school and continue their career.

    NCAA Draft Schedule
Day One will always take place on a Saturday
Rounds 1-2: Five minutes to pick
Rounds 3-4: Three minutes to pick

Day Two will always take place on Sunday (unless there's a crash which will push to Monday)
Rounds 5-7: Three minutes to pick

  • At the conclusion of each season the commissioner will compile a list of candidates to be voted on for the NCAA Hall of Fame. Each candidate will require at least 75% of the owner votes for entry. The voting will conclude and results will be announced on the draft review video.

  • Hall of Fame Committee

After 10 years of league history( 2027 season) players that missed out on Hall of Fame can be voted into the hall of fame by the veterans committee.

Player must be retired for at least 4 years.

Player must have garnered at least 60% of the popular vote when they were up for original Hall of fame vote.

Each year only one player can be voted straight into Hall of Fame by veteran committee.

If a player doesn't receive the required votes there will be no veteran committee entry.

    Process
Each season the veterans committee will submit one entry per member (7 total) from previous ballots. With that nominee the member may include statistics or reasoning on why that player should be inducted. This is where you make the case for the player you nominate.

The committee will then vote 1-7 on order and the top guy from the poll will be put on the bid.

After narrowing the 7 nominees down to one the 7 veteran committee members will vote yes or no on that player for Hall of Fame.

The player must receive 5 out of the 7 votes (71.4%) to enter Hall of Fame.

If the player receives the votes necessary they will be added to the new class as a veteran's committee inductee.

Players are not limited to being nominated once and can be renominated as many times as a committee member would like.
