So weird play happened at the end of the 1st QTR in my game in another league. Pay close attention to what happens here and after.

3rd and 1 with 20 secs
Completion then fumble return for a TD
Penalty on DEF (Defensive Holding which was accepted)
Replay the down?

UAB is rewarded the ball at their own 6 yard line 1st and 10 say what??

the replay shows the penalty 1st then the fumble, even if it was before how would that justify them having the ball at their own 6yd line when i accepted the penalty. it should be replay the down no? or at the very least 4th down?

If the hold happened during the INT return, it is still their ball. If it happened before the INT, it should be your ball.

Yea penalty occurred after the fumble. if you slow it down it clearly shows. i just didn't realize till another owner explained it bit more. it's bang bang at full speed.
