activate a player,and make a player inactive

Can it be done week to week,or is there a certain time it is allowed?

I have a better player inactive.

You can activate/deactivate as many times as you like day-to-day.
You want to try and keep 46 active if you can, and include back-ups (I have at least 2 (excl QB) incase there's an injury at a position mid game) as fatigue can be a factor and you dont want the CPU putting a DT in place of a MLB.
