it looks like the range of vol increase is 0-8 within my top 50 players. Seems like the norm is right around 2. Interesting to see it tracked cause i've never actually wrote them down in the past and compared.

Does anybody know why this happens? And why does it never seem to go down?

It was put in to make later round guys have more opportunity to boom. I think he told me it was not supposed to do much on top tier talent but mostly with late rounders. It doesn’t change according to draft slot but is already built in when the player is generated
