Week 6 Homecoming Write-ups
Stanford - Washington
My predicted pick: Washington
From one division rival to the next, Stanford selected to have their homecoming against Washington who have been taking control over the PAC-12 North until 2023, Stanford has always been in the basement of the PAC-12 North and trying to be hopeful with their QB Uncle Rico who have been dominating in the FCS before transferring to Stanford. The last time Stanford played against Washington on Stanford stadium, they got the upper hand by a touchdown and hoping to repeat it again in 2024. Washington will be looking forward to having revenge.
With their in-state rival keeping pace with them; Washington will be highly motivated for a win agains Stanford while having Myles Gaskin healthy, are gonna pound the ball against a very susceptible Stanford defense and restore their glory for their PAC-12 North division title.
USC - Arizona
My predicted pick: USC
Ever since Athletic Director and Maestro of the league took over USC, The Trojans has been flourishing with a 5 game winning streak and won against Michigan in their Homecoming game while Arizona starting to put their abysmal 2023 behind themselves and looking to upset against an awoken juggernaut that has turned the PAC-12 South upside down.
Bryson has turned USC into its perfected form with turning Mary Plank into the starting QB that everyone doesn’t seen coming. Although he admitted that his defense is not what he wanted, he still has turned USC into a second coming of Notre Dame before Athletic Director Michael77 took over.
Iron Bowl part 1
My predicted pick: Alabama
Ever since the 2020 season, Auburn and Alabama have been fighting for the Iron Bowl Trophy with each game has been better than the last. Both sides choose their respective Iron Bowl Games as their Homecoming games like how Washington and Washington State did in the year 2023. Auburn is hosting the first Iron Bowl game of the 2024 against the current holder of the Iron Bowl Trophy; who came off a win against Florida State scoring 135 points the entire game. Will Auburn cause an upset against Alabama to take home the Iron Bowl Trophy to Jordan-Hare Stadium under the new Athletic Director OffensiveTaco?
