Homecoming Write-ups

Kentucky - Army
Prediction: Army

From one Independent team to another; Kentucky is against Army for their homecoming game after beating Navy 33-28. Army is going behind the front lines after QB Darrell Slack made scorched earth against Notre Dame’s secondary beating them 60-45.

If Army can perform the same level and repeat what they did to beat Notre Dame; Army can certainly beat Kentucky even deep behind enemy lines.


Oklahoma - Washington State
Prediction: Washington State

Coming home from a demoralizing loss against division rival Texas, Oklahoma is looking for a win at home for their homecoming game against Washington State. After a loss against Oklahoma State, Washington State has been on fire putting points above 40 in their 3 game win streak against Iowa, and division rivals Oregon and Stanford.

Rexford is in a hot streak with passing touchdowns might be enough to beat Oklahoma. Oklahoma has a habit of playing at home against teams like two heavyweight boxers throwing shots seeing who can out punch the other which would be a game to watch assuming that Washington State can keep up with Oklahoma’s offense.

Kansas - Stanford
Prediction: Stanford

With both teams being ineligible to a bowl game, Kansas is still looking forward to their homecoming game against Stanford. After a win against their opponent’s division rival Oregon, Kansas has gone into a rabbit hole with losing 7 straight games. Stanford on the other hand, has only won 1 game the entire season and it is against Arizona by only scoring field goals.

Stanford’s QB in Uncle Rico and WR James Philips is underrated but If Rico sees that Philips is wide open in the Kansas secondary, expect to see a lot of Philips turn and burn the secondary; the question however is can Uncle Rico lead the offense into their 2nd win.

Syracuse - LSU
Prediction: LSU

The once playoff monster of the old era, Syracuse is out of bowl eligibility in terms of winning a division title, however they are still in contention for the last 2 bowl spots and their survival game is their homecoming game against LSU. LSU won 4 straight games, one of those was against Tennessee and won 34-17.

Syracuse being out-of-sync throughout this season losing to division rivals Miami and being shutout by Clemson might put an early end for the team unless they refound their fire that started the season with a big win against Oklahoma State.

GG Ohio State

Hopefully not a preview of Jan 1.

Pretty much everyone not named Gaskin sucked for me tonight. But I can say I won the final 45 minutes 24-21.....Spotting you 21 pts wasn't a good plan though.

Gg Cook, that team is a lot better than ur record shows. The running game on both sides was the difference since it's not easy to win after allowing 300+ rush yards or rushing for only 7, let alone both. But that was a battle most of the game. Had the running games not been so lopsided, this game flips on its head. I always liked Gunn, and he did some good things today. Outplayed Montes big time. Good luck the last couple games and this offseason!

Notre Dame changed things up before the Georgia game and it appears the changes paid off. Irish signed a new defensive coordinator and also put in a few different positional coaches. Defense was 10 times better vs the Bulldogs. Of course we did have to eliminate some of the plays from the defensive playbook..lol. Down to very few now. But Irish GM very happy about the new coaches so far. And (to all you critics out there.....lol), we did it without St. Brown playing and we also mixed up all the offensive plays and used new ones too. ;)

I knew coming into this was going to be a tough game and UCLA would be lucky to win, but I was hoping just maybe I did enough to my defense to slow USC Down.

But it wasn't enough.

See you week 16. I am bring the gangbangers that hang outside the Coliseum with me maybe they will help UCLA win the game.
