Just as a bit of context (now that we're later in the season), there are some tiers forming:

Tier 1:
Rutgers
Navy
BYU

Clear top of the class, battling it out for supreme dominance

Tier 2:
Alabama
Notre Dame
Oklahoma State
Auburn

Just a notch below the top tier, very high quality clubs performing at a high level

Tier 3:
Tennessee
Miami
Syracuse
Florida
USC

Solid teams playing at an above-average level, Bowl hopefuls.

It gets pretty log-jammy after that - what are you guys seeing out there?
Any opinions on the BCS?
Anything you'd like to see (or add) to give it a bit more excitement?

No complaints from me as long as I stay at the top. Once I drop, can this whole thing!!!! ;)

Lol but honestly I like it especially since we don't have a coaches poll anymore for a while and the MFN one is while decent, still a bit flawed. Tier thing is cool too especially late in future seasons when you have a larger sample size.

One thing to add maybe would be the actual number you get from your formula to see how much of a gap there is and such. But I guess omitting it could lead to some fun surprises and some *** moments lol. So that's up to you.

Thanks for doing these!
