Usually I'd be confident, but given we were 3-5 on the road this year.....
And we are an extremely streaky team if you look at our schedule this season and are currently on the losing part.....

GG Lars - I was lucky to survive the Dawg Pound.
4 fumbles (3 lost)
12 penalties for 95 yards
2 4th Q TDS allowed (including one in the final minute to bring it to a 1-score game and sweating the on-side kick)

Defense with a solid performance and just shy of 200yrds rushing.
My present for this win? Notre Dame in South Bend for attempt #3 this season to try and topple the Champ. We were out-scored 110-20 in our 2 meetings this season (including a 61-3 embarrassment in South Bend earlier this season). Truly a David v Goliath contest, but we will give it our all; the Herd is rumbling out to the Chic-Fil-A Peach Bowl and hope to find a way to a victory against the undisputed #1 team in the country.

I certainly was thinking blowout the first quarter. My offense had SIX penalties accepted in the 1st Q alone as you took a 14-0 lead.

But the penalties evened out and you mentioned the fumbles. I am happy to have made it a game.
