Game 14, at home with Michigan in town, big crowd to see this power house team! They had 2
kick off returns for TD's, after we would score, they would run it back! Our defense played well,
led by DT Thomas with 6 tackles, 6 sacks and 11 hurries! RB Marek had a nice game with 149
yds and a TD, WR Gayden added to his nice season with 9 catches for 113 yds and a TD! KU
fans were happy to see there team get a win over Michigan, that gives the team 6 wins! What we
thought our wins could be with this young team! Two very hard games to go and we would just
like to be healthy for them!

Game 15, went in to Sooner country and was smacked around hard! KU could not put anything
together in the way of a drive and could not stop OU from doing what ever they wanted! I have
allways been a fan of OU and wish them best of luck in the Bowl games!

Game 16, last game of the season found Texas in our house and we had just lost to them a few
weeks ago 41-7! In that game Texas rushed for 368 yds, our mission for this game was to slow
down those Longhorns! We put a good game plan together and held them to just 65 yds rushing
in this one! The defense did a great job and had alot to do with the win, RDE Honeycutt stepped
up with 6 tackles 4 sacks 8 hurries as the Longhorns were busy with DT Thomas! QB Maillet
had a good game with 325 yds 2 TD's, the whole team played well to get our 7th win!

Kansas DT Keith Thomas is getting some headlines and he should, what a year! Breaking the
season sack record in his first year and he missed 2 games,played 2 more while injured! Thomas
also had 6 sacks in the win over UM, that could be a record as well! The Steelers called us up
the other day, they want Thomas and they want him now! We said sorry guys, he will be hunting
QB's for KU for some time!

2018 first scrimmage/practice game, USC at KU, the team was waiting to hit someone other than
team mates! The defense gave up to many big passes for TD's and played the run game well!
The offense looked very good, rookie QB Baker 17 of 21 296 yds 1 TD, not bad for 2 QT's, the
same for rookie WR Hutchison 9 catches for 150 yds! QB Maillet 14 of 20 222 yds 3 TD's in the
second half! All the backups played much better for this start and the offensive line play looked
better! Long way to go with so many good looking teams in the league! See you on the field!
