Big day tomorrow

Hey guys, I got a big day tomorrow - went into kidney failure on Thursday and I have emergency catheter going in tomorrow and the dialysis starts tomorrow night.
I'm not s religious dude, but positive thoughts and vibes verty much appreciated.
