Exciting News!

Just found out I have a date for my kidney transplant.
March 1 I get hacked open and get my parts upgraded. Gonna be coming outta surgery like RoboCop!

Welp, got some bad news yesterday - surgery has been canceled.

The guy in Michigan that was giving me his kidney came down with covid late last week, and my friend that was giving up his kidney (on my behalf) came down with shingles over the weekend and had to be hospitalized the past 2 days. So as of now our 'chain' has collapsed, and we have been deactivated from the exchange program until my guy is healthy enough for surgery. By the time that happens, the rest of our chain will most likely found other partners and we have to start all over again.

Time for some heavy drinking my lads.
