Just another Husky training camp...Especially on the OLine...geesh
Rd1 "safe" pick Roger Coleman and his 38 vol went a solid 6/-4.
Luckily his blocking skills didn't bottom out, so he will be a serviceable OG
Rd2 More highly considered RT Ramon McLean impressed with ZERO/-7
His 87/87 pass block even dropped 2 points.
Rd3 SS Michael Miller entered camp with a scary 0 vol and still managed to convert that to 16/-2. Although I'm not positive where the drop was because a number of skills improved.
Rd4 Finally a good camper, MLB Carlton Johnson came in at 9/7. I will be happy to let him take over the starting spot next season
Rd5 FB Joseph Olsen had a solid camp at 12/1 He will be the starting FB
Rd6 WR Adam Moe went for 12/3. He won't be a stud, but will be active as the WR4 every week.
Rd7 C William Schell. 9/4 is a good camp, but he probably needed to go +8 or 9 to crack the roster. He isn't bad though and I may evaluate the aging roster space.
Scary part of camp was 9th year stud RB Myles Gaskin began his decline with a -2 and it showed up with a drop in top speed.
