that';s a question for jdb cause i don't honestly know. They were all 100 speed before but is it just their weight that determines their speed in accordance with that maxed out speed? i'm not sure. I do know that there are DE's and OLB's in the NFL that are as fast or if not faster than some mid range corners. Also frame comes into question, i'm not sure frame has any say in any of this but as of now it's hidden. there's a lot to figure out, but maybe we will look more at actual production for player';s worth than their ratings. I think it's a huge step in the right direction for mfn as the old way was way to complicated for a newer user to determine value.
I get that there are some DE that are faster than mid range CB. And I also think it's a step in the right direction. I'm sorry if I just have a problem with the idea that all along a 100 speed LB was actually slower than a 100 speed DE and we didn't know it because it wasn't coded as such. It just makes me now wonder what else is in there that we don't know about. JDB had mentioned there is an injury attribute of some sort that is hidden, which again, I totally understand that it's kept that way. But it does make me question things, and being a logical thinker, I will always question things. It does start to make sense why CB can't seem to catch WR, why LB couldn't catch TE on certain catches, et cetera.
Now, if you'll all excuse me, my "binky" is done being sanitized and I want it back........
heh
