I was thinking about the amount of players between 90-92 and it seems of the top of my head to be the prodomanite ranking in the 90s

I could be completely wrong I'll go double check

the star rating will only apply when they enter the draft. if a player improves to above 90 in his career he's still a 4 star or 3 star athlete coming out of highschool. If you analyze the rookie drafts you will notice that there are less and less 90+ guys entering the league and it should be softened over the future according to jdb

Oh ya I'm an idiot I was thinking they could start out 3 star and move to a five. I'm a Vols fan and we have been in rebuild since 2000 back when Jamal Lewis was a young buck
