Here is another item to think about and could alter your decision to "get ready" for 4.4. JDB occasionally throws in some patches that help the game engine. Many owners have complained about the lack of success with medium and long passes. He may, although I haven't heard anything yet, put in a patch that will help with this, thus giving us back some of those medium/long passes that are so effective in 4.3. So that is the quandary I'm facing with switching now.

to be honest the whole long bomb offense is very similar to the all blitz defense that people used. I think the biggest problem with mfn is that there's too much extremes and not enough mix. I'm hoping that jdb can balance it out. I love seeing the blitz getting exposed though :)

Being in the Beta League has it's perks. ;)
I'll know about it, if there is one.

Guys, my gameplans aren't changing drastically. Just the way I call the games. Like I said, "This code doesn't like short passes." I'm okay with it. I just don't want you guys thinking I'm laying down in these games. All I did was take the focus off of the TE. I'm doing this for a reason: I really don't think there's a huge disparity between 0.4.3 & 0.4.4. The only thing that really changed was coverage ability. I wanna test this theory.
If I'm right, a lot more things need to be worked out.

Oh! Pass Completions were tweaked. Idk if it was the algorithm or what, but there's a drastic difference there as well.

Yeah but what happened to all the hot reads from previous codes? Best way to beat the blitz was a hot read. Now it’s streaks. Which I think stinks. Soon it’s gonna be 10-15 sacks a game if you go all deep passes. Got to be something in the middle.

Hot reads only worked on a few plays. Didn’t help much

i think we're all tired of this **** but the new code is pretty boring if you like any semblance of offense. I'm having a real hard time getting excited about going from one extreme to another. I wish we could go back to 4.2 :(

I wish we can go back to 4.2 as well! I find with this new code in other leagues doesn’t help much when you gameplan to the extreme! What I mean to say is, I won’t say which league but I would aimlessly pick plays in the dark, Gameplan aimlessly, and yet the end result is success. But in other leagues, I would be gameplan avidly based on statistics and probability you name it, and the end result is ridiculous! I think this new version destroys game planning
