Well known mfn owner passes away… :(

I’m very sorry and grieved to report that long time mfn player Eyeballl (Phil) has passed away. :( He died from an ongoing bout of brain tumors. Many of you here have played vs him and known him well. He was the owner of the Oklahoma State Cowboys for many seasons in this league. He will be greatly missed by us his friends, family and the whole mfn world. Rest In Peace brother.

You’re welcome. I knew him personally. He lives in Vancouver and although we never met in person, we had fantasy drafts via Zoom, and talked football a lot. He was a great guy. Will be missed.

This is absolutely terrible news. He was one of the first players here that I got friendly with, and he never gave me any reason to think he was anything other than an incredibly kind and good-hearted person. Condolences to his family and friends.

Godspeed Eyeball - such a great dude from all my interactions with him. Didn't know about his health problems, sending support to his family and many friends; he will be missed.
