I am sorry to hear this, prayers & condolences to the family and friends. I didn’t know him at all, but I remember his teams were tough as nails.

That’s awful, .....he was nothing but a class a owner in whatever league he was in! And very tough to beat no doubt!
I specifically remember when Bryson was commissioner he had us call in the radio show and give our two cents worth, when I was new to this league about 100 years ago, I was the owner of the Auburn Tigers and I called in and spoke for about 10 minutes, I specifically remember right after me eyeball called in, so I remember his voice and he sounded like a really good guy!

Oh Lord.... terrible news. Phil was a great dude and one of the best in the game.
My favorite nemesis. We had some great rivalries.

This is horrible news :( Eyeball was one of the best owners i had interactions with. He was an intense competitor and was always one of the top teams in any league he was in. When i started this league he was one of the first guys i asked to join. His skills on the game were nowhere near as great as his character and attitude. I am super bummed to hear that he's no longer with us. I will always be thankful to have known Phil and everything he was about. This just shows us that life can't be taken for granted and no matter how intense the rivalry gets us in the sim world we are all human beings with real lives. Thanks Eyeball for making my MFN days more enjoyable
