Although it's preseason and i shouldn't put much stock into these games. it was nice to see my team come out and play a full 60 mins, sure there are things that need to be worked on, but overall i'm was very pleased with the game planning and execution.

I think changing things up from the normal ( playing starters in 2nd half rather than 1st half) is the reason for these past 2 results rather than the GP and execution.. a win over the Volunteers is not only a boost to Morale around campus but also a sign that things are finally turning around in Berkeley.

GG Georgia, it was nice to see my defense make a few stops in the first half. My offense is playing lights out so it the defense can just "bend but don't break", the Utes can do something this season.

GG Ok St.. I don't expect many people are putting much into game planning during the preseason so the big offenses are to be understood :)

I am :) i feel like my team has a lot to prove, especially posting back to back losing seasons and the Task this season is Tall very TALL with a beefy schedule. It's important to get my depth (backups) playing time and test their mettle as it's a big question mark going into the season for Cal, one of the reasons i have started my backups against teams and having my starters come in as subs.

CB Luther Jones

Flying under the radar is nickel back Luther Jones. He is quietly having a strong scrimmage season with 11tackles and 1int with a 36% catch allowed. Problem is, can he and his ball hawking crack the starting lineup?
