Week 8
Washington Huskies 17 @ #1 USC Trojans 57

The top ranked Trojans stepped on the gas and didn't let up against the Huskies. Giving up an early kickoff return TD angered the USC staff but the way the team reacted was perfect in the eyes of head coach Marcos Roberts. "We played well on both sides of the ball and I'm happy to see the team react positively to the early game adversity. We got banged up in this game but we are going to travel to South Bend and give them all we got."

The nation's top two team's will collide in week 9. Athletic Bryson10 will face his former team for the first time since leaving in 2023.

Week 9
#2 USC Trojans 53 @ #1 Notre Dame Fighting Irish 55

The Trojans nearly pulled of a feat that no team in NCAA history has done, beat the Irish in South Bend in a regular season game. A back and forth affair that the Irish ended with a walk off fg to win it. Pretty evenly matched game with both offenses having monster days. The Irish d has been leaky most of the year but the Trojans looked completely outmatched for the first time under the new regime. If anything good can be had from this basketball score of a game it's that the Trojans are a legitimate contender that all teams in the Elite Conference have to be ready for. With two tough games on the road coming up with Syracuse and Army the Trojans have no time to languish in this defeat or they'll get left in the dust.

Week 10
#3 USC Trojans 71 @ #12 Syracuse Orange 24

The USC offense continued their onslaught of opponents and bounced back from their first loss of the season a week ago. Facing a desperate opponent on their home soil was just the kind of test that the Trojan staff was looking forward to. The difference this week was that the defense was able to play well against a very talented Syracuse group. It doesn't get any easier for USC as they travel across the country to face off with another desperate bowl hopeful team. Army is coming off two losses and is almost in "must win" mode. With some very big games down the stretch the Trojans are hoping to start a new run that they can use to catapult them into their first bowl game in history.

Week 11
#3 USC Trojans 30 @ Army Black Knights 13

The Trojans ended their cross country road trip with a nice low scoring win over a tough Black Knight team. Jumping out to a huge lead in the first half, USC got super conservative in the second and coasted to their 10th victory of the season. The defense once again performed admirably holding an explosive offense to just one TD and two fgs. With four games of the last five at home USC hopes to clinch their first ever Pac-12 South title in the coming weeks. The 5-6 Midshipmen of Navy make their way to the coast in matchup of two old rival AD's from the past. Navy is clinging to their post season lives by a thread and are looking to bounce back from a tough week 11 loss to Georgia.

Week 12
Navy Midshipmen 16 @ #3 USC Trojans 62

USC jumped out early and poured it on the overmatched Midshipmen. The Trojans got back to their patented balanced attack and the defense held their opponent to just one TD for the second straight game. Despite the injury list piling up the USC Trojans have captured their first Pac-12 South title in program history. Sitting tied atop the Elite Conference the Trojans have a legit shot at having a first round bye in the bowl playoffs. Next up BYU comes to town after handling crosstown rival UCLA easily in week 12. While BYU is fighting for the playoff lives, the Trojans are equally excited about getting another W and marching towards the postseason on high.

While it seems inevitable in the upcoming weeks, you haven't clinched the division just yet Tommy :)

Week 13
#9 BYU Cougars 58 @ #2 USC Trojans 85

It was a shootout in Los Angeles for two top ten teams hoping to cement their status amongst the elite teams in the NCAA. While the Trojan defense had been playing really well in recent weeks, they were outclassed by the visiting Cougars. Fortunately for the home team the nation's second ranked offense poured it on and gained 900 total yards. Led by Heisman candidate Mary Plank, the Trojan's offense is on another level on their home field. The Trojans welcome crosstown rival UCLA to the Coliseum this week in a matchup of two top 5 teams. With the win USC will clinch their first division crown and become one step closer to securing home field throughout the bowl playoffs.

Week 14
#2 USC Trojans 58 @ UCLA Bruins 27

USC defeats rival UCLA on the road to wrap up the division and make a statement to Pac-12 South foes. The offense over matched the helpless baby blue smurfs and Gargamelled them into submission. On defense the Trojans held up for most of the game but showed some holes late in the game giving up a couple TD's in the final minutes. Next up USC is at home against division rival Utah in a game USC has to win to stay atop the Elite Conference standings.

Former ND defensive coordinator Robert Tobar reunites with Bryson10 to coach USC's secondary. After leading Notre Dame's defense that ranked 1st, 4th, 2nd, 2nd, 1st and 2nd Tobar was deemed replaceable in South Bend as the Irish defense fell to a miserable 26th in 2024. Before heading to the four time champs Tobar coached the defensive line in Georgia after a year being the defensive coordinator of Rutgers. "We're very excited to add Robert to our staff, said athletic director Bryson10. He's a very talented defensive mind and we feel very fortunate to get him for the stretch run."

Week 15
Utah Utes 17 @ #2 USC Trojans 66

In the previous meeting between USC and Utah the Utes were able to keep it low scoring and lost by only two scores. In the rematch USC found more balance and was able to light up the scoreboard. It was bittersweet for the Trojans since they may have lost their leading rusher for the season and a handful of other starters for multiple weeks. With one more week on the docket USC is limping into the postseason but still very confident. "Next man up!" said Athletic Director Bryson10. "Anytime a guy goes down it's an opportunity for someone else to make a name for himself."

USC finishes up with crosstown rival UCLA who they just played last week. With a win the Trojans will clinch the top seed going into the playoffs.
