I think the case-in-point is UCLA signing Koonce at $239 million when 3 other teams (likely max-offered) $237 million.

Maybe there was a glitch?!

I've seen instances before in other leagues where my maximum bid wasn't as high as other team's maximum bids. I assure you there was nothing shady about my offers.

LB Koonce's signing is why I asked my original question. I knew I had offered a max contract, and when I saw he rejected - I was curious as to how many max contracts he was offered. I was surprised to see the chosen contract was $2M more than 3 other offers that were the exact amount.

To be clear, I am in no way accusing Crazy Razor of anything - I think it's clear that this was either a glitch or an error.

Is it possible that the offer is loosely based off available cap space? I think I had over $140 million available before the two offers were accepted.

I’ll be perfectly honest, I don’t know how any of these numbers work in a coding sense, but considering how much I giggle at play calling and penalties I wouldn’t put it past a glitch.
